Silas and Carley

A couple of sweet cuties!

This is Silas. This kid is 4 and can ride his tricycle for 2 miles. Seriously....I saw it with my own eyes. I can see him in a yellow jersey in a few years!

And this is Carley. She's so sweet....And almost 2.

And she's a little nature-lover, too! Her momma wanted a picture of her sparkly, girly shoes on top of a dirty tree trunk. THAT is Carley, to a T!!

A different kind of baby.....

I started my fall/holiday portrait season today and it is off to a GREAT start! How can it not be, with adorable subjects like Little B! He is turning 2 next week and we met today to take some portraits with the whole family. I still have to finish the group shots, but I couldn't resist posting these. If possible, I think he has actually gotten CUTER in the year since I last photographed him for his first birthday.

My bribery to get him to gaze into the camera? He wanted to see himself in the display after every shot.

He showed me his boo-boos. Love working with toddlers! So much fun.

Baby B Belly.....

We had lots of fun shooting these portraits....despite the carnivorous mosquitoes, strange dead-animal smells and spraypaint fumes.
We were rushing to get these done before baby arrived, because Lindsey's doctor had given her the "any time now" at her last appointment. Baby has put his/her arrival on temporary hold (contrary to Momma's wishes, I think!) but we did get the photos taken and Lindsey was even able to get her prints while still waiting on baby! Little Him or Her is due to arrive any time now! Can't wait for our introduction! In the meantime, here are some photos from their maternity session.

And of course a couple just for fun....
Daddy's hoping his little one will be a soccer player, so we had to get a couple shots with Dad's jersey.

Lindsey and I both knew we had to take one with this sign the instant we saw it, because it fits their story perfectly, as they're patiently waiting to meet their little guy or gal!
